How can breathing affect the teeth?

Breathe in, breathe out

When breathing through the nose, the mouth remains closed and the tongue is high in the mouth.

On the other hand, when we breathe through the mouth, the tongue remains behind the lower teeth and presses on the teeth and jaws, causing dental disorders.

In addition to impacting the teeth, mouth breathing can cause the loss of some sense of smell, snoring and gum disease.
