Ze Efex 26th Symposium on Functional Education

On December 4–5, 2026, Orthoplus will host its 26th Symposium on Functional Education at the Pullman Tour Eiffel in Paris.

Under the theme “Unlocking Functional Education”, this educational event will bring together 18 speakers to explore a comprehensive approach to patient care through Functional Education.

The importance of breathing is now well established. As our understanding of its benefits continues to grow, this year we will explore its impact on ADHD.

• – Unlocking interdisciplinarity by embracing a comprehensive, patient-centered approach will once again be demonstrated throughout this symposium.
• – Unlocking Functional Education from motivational barriers through effective management methods and tools, particularly via the assessments carried out during visits as part of the M’T dents preventive oral health program.
• – Unlocking concerns related to the devices and appliances proposed to your patients is also essential. We will provide practical answers to questions and uncertainties that certain treatments may raise.
• – Unlocking functional and orthodontic corrections. Several clinical presentations will highlight the role of the temporomandibular joints (TMJs) and the importance of achieving their proper release and balance. We will also explore how to effectively combine functional approaches with aligner therapy, whether through in-house (“home-made”) methods or with the support of specialized service providers.
